  • End of Year Play and Football Tournament

    Sat 06 Jul 2024

It’s often hard to stay focused coming up to the holidays but thanks to Ms Clarke and all the children in the senior room, there was lots going on for the last few days of term. Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Class held a football tournament, under the watchful eye of ref Gavin. The whole school assembled on the lawn to cheer on their favourite team. Not only that, but on the second last day of term, they put on a play for their parents and all the other children. A lot of work went into the staging of the play and judging by the laughter levels in the hall on the day, it was well worth it! Well done guys!

  • Cumann na mBunscoil Shield Finals

    Tue 18 Jun 2024 5th Class

    Bunninadden Girls VS Cloghogue:

On Wednesday last, we played Cloghogue. It was a tough game and we played our best. It was fun and it was a great experience. We performed better in the second half than in the first. The girls from the other school were very nice and kind and deserved their win. They played great! Also well done to the las on their win!

    Bunninadden Boys VS Ballinacarrow

The match started well for both teams, going back and forth at each other. It was a very good performance by both teams but Bunninadden had the momentum towards the end of the game and managed to get over the line. A great performance from everyone. Well done lads!
