The children had a 'whale' of a time last month when Brendan from Marine Science Ireland held a workshop in the school. He told us all about the different types of sharks living in the ocean and even brought in some fossils for us to have a look at. He told us that some sharks have over 300 teeth! That's an awful lot of toothpaste!
